I have the 500W version. my rig setup is Bass Terror 500W, Orange 1x15 and Rickenbacker 4003...no pedals...I use this setup for everything, all genres. I gig a lot, so it really gets the job done out there. Nice vid. Cheers

Tool into Joy Division awesome! Your doing a good job demoing these Orange amps they should send you more! I've got a tiny terror its the best among I've ever owned, looking at a cr120 as a back up!

Hey, I just picked up a used Terror Bass 1000 watt model, and I'm a little unsure what to do for a cab. I have zero interest in lugging around a giant 8x10 fridge, but the market for 4x10's rated for 1000 watts is pretty limited. It looks like you're running it into an Ampeg SVT410HLF, which I believe are only rated for 500 watts? That's actually my preferred cab, so I was just wondering if you ever had any issues running the head into that cab. What's the likelihood of actually blowing out a cab this way? Is that something you only have to worry about if you're cranked all the way up? From what I've read, people hardly ever have to turn these amps up past 9 o'clock. Thanks for the help!
+Kevin Cardinale Hi there. I've had no issues running this amp through the Ampeg cab and it is true that you never really turn it up passed 9 o'clock. If you need to go any louder than that somethings up. Haha. It should be fine. :)

I just got the amp in the mail today, and tested it through a friend's Ashdown 410 that I want to say has a rating of 600 RMS... 9 o'clock is more than enough volume, and that's when the gain is set to a super clean sound. Crazy amounts of power on tap, way louder than my SVT 4pro which is 1,200 watts. Anyways, I appreciate the response, looks like I'll be using this with the Ampeg cab after all!
+Dave Simpson I got lucky, too and you can still get them in a few places. it is just a shame though when a good product reaches the end of it's life-cycle :/ (as of yet, I actually have to try the amp myself because I do not have a cabinet at the moment)
