You can't even get a federal government job with a felony. This is ridiculous that the highest federal position could be held by a felon 😂.

Actually u can, if ur a veteran as I know several who have been hired. It wasn't easy, but they did it. However to hold the highest position in our nation is a but much smh 😅
If we were sitting in history class and the teacher asked me to think critically about why they would let a convicted felon run for president, I would say because many people have been convicted of crimes by mistake or on faulty evidence. If they block Trump from running because he is a convicted felon, that would set a precedent for all future people running for president. In the future, suppose we find an amazing person to run for president who has a low level felony or was convicted on shaky evidence. We would be barred from having this amazing person be our president because of Trump. That would be a tragedy. The whole point of starting this country was so the people could be free to elect any leader that the majority thinks is suitable.
@@pnuttbuttaluva you're right, but that also depends on the position and what the felon was incarcerated for; they also don't have to be Veterans. If you need any level of security clearance, which most federal jobs that pay a living wage require, you will not be hired. Also, depending on the job, the felon will more than likely be competing with hundreds to thousands of other more than qualified applicants with clean records. All in all, the highest federal position should set the standard. There is absolutely no way "they" would allow a felon with brown skin to become the President. We have to have a pristine criminal, academic, financial, and social history. The U.S. is becoming a joke.
People can get a federal job with a felony. The problem is when the person has a violet felony. I have two friends with federal jobs and their felonies are drug dealing. The Constitution allows people to run for president and serve as president. People join the military with felonies on his/her record and the military is federal employment. When I was active duty in the Navy, I processed paperwork which included his/her criminal record and they were accepted in.

Summer 2004; my sister, my ex and I were driving to TX. Somewhere along the way right before Oklahoma we were chased by a truck full of racist boys for many miles who probably lived in the area. They were sitting on the car doors/windows, speeding to get ahead of us then hit the breaks and threw stuff at our vehicle yelling racial slurs and laughing. I think the best thing we did was drive past those gas stations because they would've pulled over too. Scariest experience of my life, condolences to that young man's family. This one touched me to the core 🕊✝️

Delta changed its SkyMiles program earlier this year. They made the announcement last year. It was an effort to keep all the people out of the Sky Lounge. Now, only the Delta Reserve girls can go in the lounge. And even they have limits. So, sis, get you a traditional platinum Amex.

Yes and it’s annoying. We are Reserve cardholders and have to pay $50 for each of our kids to enter. So, unless we have ample time to spend while waiting on our flights it’s not always worth it to enter…as a family.

Delta kept updating their policies and rules as to weed out "certain people" yes certain people, if you are black like this and black like that and not privilege like that to pay $695 to $895 annual fee for some piece of card to sit in their lounge to eat and drink alcohol. [That fee cost can pay the mortgage and or save towards land or property investments].
Where is the spa, massage and facial lounge within that lounge.
Many like myself are prudent, since we are black like that; rather eat before they get to airport and or take their food and find us a seat in the airport general population and sit and eat until they call for boarding the flight.
