    Sir they say people need *atleast* 1gram of protein per kg of body weight. How do we achieve this? Is whey protein isolate safe?? Waiting to know more on this, thank you

    This is not the "real protein" jaisa aapne kaha according to the DIAAS scores given to protein in which we get to know how easily digestible a protein is and the amino acid profile of it. In that list milk is kep on top and then eggs...CAN U PLZ tell something about tha 🙏

    It's better to do exercise and check how fast u recover, this all mumbo jumbo fell flat when u do it practically, most of lentils missing lucin and isilucine, prominent for muscle recovery. How do get that through AIR?
