Priest's back tat being the wager was actually a pretty good one. Because he wears a vest while wrestling. So unless the vest comes off during a match for whatever reason, chances are you'd never see it. So you either just have to know he has it, or have seen his episode on WWE Inked.

BSK stood for Bone Street Krew, which was just a group who traveled together made up of Taker, Crush, Henry O. Godwin, Mideon, Mr. Fuji, Paul Bearer, The Godfather, Rikishi, Savio Vega, and Yokozuna.
They didn't just travel together. They hung out in the locker room and played dominoes, and drank a lot of alcohol.

That Mysterio tattoo from Dominic, is a reference to a very popular Mexican game called Lotteria (Lottery), it's pretty much their version of Bingo.

Bone Street Krew was the alternative to The Clique (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, etc.) . Taker had no respect for, and pretty much hated The Clique back in the day. To that end, he created the BSK with like minded wrestlers Rikishi, Godfather, Yokozuna, and Savio Vega and a few others. They all got a BSK tattoo somewhere on their body to show their unity.
It wasn't Rey Mysterio it was his great uncle who Rey named himself after. Dom knows his heritage and flaunts it.
