Thankyou so much for this. I am just starting out learning the tuck jump to handstand, and your tutorial has given me some great tips. This is by far the best tutorial I have seen on youtube ( and I have watched most of them!) . thankyou so much.

Hej Paul! Great vid again! I Work on My Ring skills, can you do a Backward Roll Tutorial? Also Straddle Sit in Rings? Or did you already have a Tutorial about Straddle Sit? Greetings from Bremen Germany...a 48 year old father of 4!

Hey! Fellow Dad (similar age and number of children). Definitely going to cover some ring skills. I’m not great at Back Rolls so it will be good for me to revisit them and I’ve never played with Straddle on rings, I’ll look into it 🙃

hello! not sure if you’ll see this, but I’d love some advice. whenever I try to tuck jump, my hips can never go over my shoulders, even though I’m sure my shoulders are aligned. do you have any drills or conditioning exercises which I can use such that I can improve the height of the hips? thank you!

Chest to Wall Handstand Holds, Pike Push Ups, Eccentric Jumps, Wall Tuck Drills can all help. Try this video as well: ruclips.net/video/gjVWjkhdyBw/видео.html

Just push into the floor like your trying to push it away. The elbows will naturally change as go from 90 deg to 180 deg flexion of the shoulder. So don’t overthink just stay in a strong position
