Morning Teresa, another lovely video and your garden is looking just gorgeous. So many lovely plants in bloom now. I don’t have any lambs ear but it is beautiful. We have a 4 day weekend for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and everyone will be celebrating so let’s hope it stops raining 💦 happy weekend to you 🇬🇧🇺🇸

Katrina shoot me too . I took my neighbor several starts and I divided more for myself on the side of the house.
Throw some water on those new plsnts if your temps heat up and it gets dry. As long as roots get a healthy start they will multiply. The plant when young May brown in the heat but don’t get discouraged just know thise roots if established with come back next season.

    Hello Theresa and Reg
Nice to see Mozart again😍Plants have such complicated names sometimes. You can maybe tag it now just in case it slips your mind in the future. Your garden is lush and beautiful. Did not know that you can propogate phlox that way. I suppose that method works with arabis and aubretia too?

It’s worth a try ! Living next to Mary who is 91 and quite the gardening guru has been awesome! My memory is a story in itself🥴🙏🏻🫣

@@gardeningonthewestforkwith8994 hi...yes..my 3rd neighbours are in their eighties. You get used to their ways. Still.. they don't like gardening but are very acceptable neighbours. Next neighbours might be the footballing kind😱😱😵

🙏 thanks. I recently bought a home and it had phlox in the front. I had to figure out first what it was and now how take care of it ☺️. It looks dead inside. Not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be or is it dying?

Thank you for watching 🙂hum without seeing photo but in the summer sometimes it browns and you can cut that out or an animal may be peeing on it🫣. Either case cut out the brown msybe water it if it’s been real hot . We’ve had a heat wave and that can stress it.
