For power, 4644 has always been a rapid vehicle. Until this year, it used to shortshift to the exact same rpm as 4640 (only a lot quicker), but we sorted it out in February following a short loan up the coast to Rhyl. Since then, it’s been an absolute belter, and I’m glad it’s retained all its power. Great video as always Matt!
@welshbusenthusiast2210 We've been lucky with most of these deckers honestly. There's only 4639 that has been something of a disappointment. The rest vary from half decent to incredible! 4640, 4642, 4644 and 4645 (when it's turbo pipe doesn't keep coming undone 😂) are all insanely quick!
@ 4639 wasn’t often a good runner down here, at one point it was very quick in the mornings and got slower through the day, but at least you’ve got better! 4640/44 were my personal favourites when they were here.
