Salvador was the first capitol of Brazil a long time ago and its also the place where Michael Jackson recorded the "They dont care about us" video with all the drummers. Brazil is incredibly diverse, each region has its own flavour depending on its local history and from which part of the world people came to settle
Salvador was the first Brazilian's capital until 1763. It is the second tourist destination in Brazil. The old centre of Salvador is built in a colonial architecture and It is designated a UNESCO world heritage site.ruclips.net/video/qswCBo8lc-I/видео.html
The first capital of Brazil, 3 largest city in the country, surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, with pretty warm water and natural pools.
Traveling around in brazil is very good. But allot of toll roads. I got the feeling that brazil has become more expensive. For someone from Europe or the US it is affordable. But I can imagine it is more expensive. Love brazil, nice weather and great people. Love this traveling video
@@turtletalk4905 You're right,Brazil is much more expensive than before. Big parts of the so said "interstates" ,the BR roads are nowadays toll roads,it's a new way for the states to get more income, as a user you don't get much back, the roads aren't in a better state while you also pay "road tax" . Most of the times you need to take these interstates, other roads,or don't exist or take so much time more.
Loving your videos. Been watching since you were in the Dominican Republic. You have a really nice laid-back style. I also like seeing prices and your take on local cuisine and day-to-day living expenses...and experiences as you explore. It really feels like we're traveling or "jumping" places vicariously with you guys. I'm jealous that you get to enjoy cashew juice too. I've never seen that here in the US. Heard good things about it. One of the places I would like to visit if I were to ever visit Brazil is the National Park where there are sand dunes along the coast in the very tropical northeast. The visuals of freshwater turquoise lakes among the creamy white dunes in the rainy season are stunning.

If you plan to visit Ilha de Tinhare (Morro do Sao Paulo) I reccomend checking out Praia Garapua which to me is one of the most beutiful beach locations you could ever want to visit, also a very relaxed and calm place compared to tne main beaches close to Morro. Also reccomended is a visit to the the oyster and seafood floats/reastaurants in the strait/channel between the island and mainland itself.
