Being on budget and Making the time is sometimes a challenge for self care…the type of self care that would desire. I have made the effort to slow down and prioritize self care more. For me, It’s not just about buying products, it’s taking that time to care for myself in a variety of ways.🙂
Yes self care can be a real struggle when life has so many demands but what I’ve found is that self care has layers : physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual

I use Honeypot vag wash. And maybe I'm old school but as long you wash your axx with soap & water, use powder afterward & your sit down air will be fresh. I use cornstarch powder, not the kind with talc in it. But powder has never failed me.

The butt smell is the worst of all smells. I used to work with someone who wore polyester pants and she kept a butt smell and we worked in close quarters in an office. I quit that job I couldn't deal with it anymore. Also, try pure baking soda for brushing, I use it once a week in between brushing just to whiten it works so well. I know dentists wouldn't recommend but idc. I'm typing as I'm watching but yes dial is a favorite of mine and coast bar soap. Coast makes me feel so refreshed especially when it's hot outside. Natural deodorant doesn't work my daughter switched to it and she bought some for my teenage son and both of them sweat heavy and it didn't work I am still trying to find a deodorant for him that works. So far the suave men's from dollar tree seems to be working better than the other deodorants he's tried. Also another bar soap that works so well and smells sooo good is safeguard, it's at dollar tree. I'm obsessed with bar soaps If I see them I buy them to try them out. I don't care for body wash I think bar soap gets me cleaner
I use Irish spring when I am on period it keeps you fresh my husband hates it so I use it instead

Maybe instead of the douching bottle you could use a perry bottle. I got mine from Amazon or ebay. It's the one they give to pregnant women. I also use my detachable shower head it has different speeds on it. That helps alot on my period

I use natural deodorant. The one I use it’s called claydry from Zion health, you can get it from Amazon. It keeps me musty free all day long.

I hear you! Using natural deodorant takes time. I’m still working on finding one that really works for me. I’ve tried tons of natural deodorant and they have kept me musty.
I've been looking for a simple face washing routine. Is there a specific brand you use for the vitamin C face serum and anti-aging moisturizer? I'm turning 40 on the 16th so I'm looking for all the advice I can to keep this skin tight and right. I use everything you showed for the shower hygiene. I live by that dial soap.
