Well, if I had read your title, I wouldn't have learned about Japan's noodles. Do you make ramen at home? I do on occasion. I get a good flavored prepackaged one and add green onion, cheese sauce (Velveeta), diced up Spam and chojang. Actually, I just picked up the stuff to make some just the other day. Not very healthy but oh so good.
