Your foods/dishes are exactly what we eat here in my country of Trinidad. I see sweet potato and red beans today. We also cook green bananas. We call it green fig. We prepare it in many different ways. I like when you fry the fish and then put it in the sauce with onions and tomatoes. We do that and call it stewed fish. I think your new place is going to be beautiful. Every good wish.

Just some tip, get advise from an local experienced builder on how to schedule works….foundation, walling, roofing,plumbing pipes, electrical conduits and cabling, window frames, cabinetry, plaster, tiles, painting, cabro, landscaping…..otherwise one tends to undo things, inefficient and costly.
