U, when they added the Wii U Pro Controller support in the New Super Luigi U update, because of how the Pro Controller has no motion controls, ZL and ZR are used for the tilting sections. Thing is... because they're digital triggers, they utilise the maximum tilt when pressed meaning it may not be as precise as those motion controls.
Ok, I agree with the list but if you try to get the gold medal in each stage the list would look different. These time attack challenges in the towers are so freaking precise for the gold medal.
Im a couple years late but you overcomplicated paratroopa panic a lot. After you knock the wings off all of them and then make them go into their shells, you can spin jump off the wall and jump on the shells. It gets you a gold medal.

Heres a tip wich helped me alot. If u ground pound u get a little bit more hight, wich you can use to jump UNDER coins and then u can ground pound to still get on to the platform. sorry if u dont get it, i dont rlly know how to explain it :P

Coming from someone who's gotten gold medals on every challenge in this game, a majority of the challenges are more about finding the right strategies for each part than they are about pure skill. For example, the part you talk about at 11:15 or so in Cashless Castle Crawl is actually free if you know the right method. All you have to do is hold right until you get to the edge of the rightmost block and do a spin jump while still holding right and you will literally make the jump without collecting any coins every single time, because the spin jump goes the same height up every time.

I know this is late, but I’ll put my opinion here anyways 10: I beat it after awhile, but it’s certainly in the top 10. It took me like 30 tries. 9: This level isn’t bad at all. This is the only level I beat when I was like 9. 8: This is brutal. Took me about 30 tries, like stoneslide. 7: I still have yet to beat this, but I’ve only tried it about a dozen times 6: This level is a complete joke.... it took me THREE TRIES (-_-) 5: I think this level is easier than some of the others. I’ve only tried it about 6 times and I think I’ll only need to try a couple more to beat it. 4: Dear god this one is awful. 3: This one is a complete joke compared to #4. The challenges are the same as the Wii U version so there's no reason to title the video Deluxe. Might as well have just played NSMBU because then we could've seen the Boost Mode challenges. Missed opportunity if you ask me.

I think the reason why you have trouble with the coinless challenges is because you try to collect all of them, unlike the kings of coinless runs like NicoBBQ
The paratroopa panic is really easy, just slide on the walls each time jumping on a ground paratroopa to get more time for the paratroopas to get out of their shell.
