After you loosen up the oil filter. Put plastic grocery bags over filter. Using bottom of bag finish unscrew filter. Won't leak a drop of oil. Just make sure plastic bag has no holes in it.

A number of elements that you can eliminate in connection with oil consumption include the correct or better choice of oil, each with its own properties. A 10w30 is almost ideal for this type of engines, a 5w30 is of course also possible. Motul 7100 10w30 is one I recommend because of its characteristics, good temp control, virtually NO CONSUMPTION. Never. The Amsoil SS 10w30 Diesel is my preference because of the temperature control and the engine's consumption, and this oil has an extremely low noack and hardly any evaporation losses, just like the Motul. I could recommend a 5w40, but you won't find that in the States. The Mobil 10w30 or ESP 5w30 is also one that could be good for you. Furthermore, the fuel filter and especially the filter of the carburettor, which can sometimes suck in dust. Thanks for the upload by the way! No. The engine oil and pump oil are completely separate.
