Hey brother great video. I also lean more towards in person quoting but how do you combat the price shoppers and tire kickers? A lot of the people for some reason are only interested in the cheapest price. I dont get it, like why would they even consider a guy in a beater, probably a felon or illegal vs me and you with a nice rig, experience, references etc. Its crazy to me that you would take your most prized asset and let some douche go to town on it.

Can you get away with 100 ft pressure hose 100 flrxilla to do a job like that if u have a gas pressure washer than a rig ?

I use a Harbor Freight floor jack and slide a dolly underneath it, wheel the dumpster out, clean the area then wheel it back. Our dolly has 5" casters and measures 3x5. Of course, we charge them extra to pull the dumpster out.

I’ve been going into commercial properties all week trying to score commercial work 57 to be exact who are you contacting at these places to get contracts it seems as if the managers have no say they say contact customer service none have returned any calls or emails. How much would you charge on avg. per dumpster pad? I love your channel by the way.

I just have the manager call the dumpster company to move the dumpster for a few days. They just take it out of its spot and move it outside of the wall so its still right there for the employees. Bam. Now you can clean the entire pad. This tip was brought to you by M5 Twist.

I’m glad you made this video. I haven’t cleaned any pads yet but I want to. I’ve wondered if people only clean around the dumpster and ignore underneath. It seems a lot of people do. You do it the right way. I commend you on caring about doing quality work. I’m going to follow your advice.
