I noted the recipe few days ago and today is 04 june 2020 and I tried it. I made one change . I increased saffron to 1/2 tsp as I had bought a jar of saffron from dubai airport.And wanted to utilize it. My cooking time for halwa was 30 minutes. I followed exactly as Lubna had recommended. I will say ITS EXCELLENT RECIPE. The best badam halwa recipe on youtube. Lubna explains it so well. It took me 20 mins to peel over night soaked almonds which I bought from Costco. plz try it.
