@justanotherotrguy oh man that's a bummer! Wish they had a blend door with metal teeth because the actuator is easy to get to and change unlike the door.

@truckercarlson9081 its obviously for the cheap aspect of manufacturing. If i was good at metal casting, id honestly make some sort of adapter for it
