What is the name of the extension that you use for the mutiplayer? or do you make your own multiplayer system?

I believe I used 39dll at the time but this was over 10 years ago. GMS2.3 has built-in multiplayer functionality but its still up to you to program the server/client logic in terms of connection and packets
