Yes college is very strict and if you cought up in bad things then college will suspend you for 1 year, I think that's the good thing here. So, parents don't need to worry about it, college is very secure and there are lots of army retired guards working here.

Sir Assam mein Nit specifically NIT silchar is 9th ranked among the NITs Average package 7 lakhs and cs average cse average 11 lakhs . So definitely nit silchar is better than vit and also highest package for cse was 39+ lakh . Just because it in northeast does not mean its bad. Its one of the best in country.

BITS Pilani definitely Dual ECO and Maths are superb.
Chemistry Physics and Biology are good if he has interest. First year he has to get around or above 8 cgpa, to get CS or EEE , which are very good. So he should be willing to take that risk and ok with all outcomes.
Else Goa dual degree is also good enough only risk is we can't predict which branch he will get after 1 st yaer. Coding he might have to learn on his own if not getting CS.

Honestly IT is better, if taken. You don't compulsarily need to do electives which you may not like. IT is kind of an exact copy of CSE Core, so you can choose electives of your choice, much like in CSE Core.

Sir I got category 3 in VITEEE, now in Phase-6, I am getting vit-vellore instrumentation (in fee category-3), vit-AP CSE core(in fee category-2), vit-bhopal CSE core(in fee category-1). Bhaiya Sir am interested in CSE, so which should I opt ?, and also, if i take admission in vit-vellore instrumentation can I later get transferred to CSE of Vellore in second year?
If you take instrumentation in VIT it would be very highly unlikely that you get CSE.
It is better that you opt for VIT Bhopal

And sir what is average salary in kiit for ece.And one more thing sir is kiit better than manipal or srm because latter are in south so most people talk about them and it is in east.

As they have mentioned 4.2 LPA for all branches so we are approximating around 5-6 for ECE as core will be around 10-20% students
