Sir this yr thapar has scrapped JEE Mains as their admission criteria its purely based on Boards marks, so what will be the tentative cutoff for CS this year? (outside punjab)
No 2nd round of counselling will be on 5ge basis of jee mains
No admissions will be on jee mains basis also. This happens every year, last year also thapar released such notice but in the later rounds as well as spot round admissions were taken on basis of jee mains

Thapar has three branches in CS .
CS COE and COBS and will have two to three rounds with a spot round and cutoff starts at around 98% and can come down to around 94-96% till spot round for different CS branches at the two campuses
There is also electrical/electonics and computer, which is a good branch

Bro it would be waste of money seriously. Thapar is too expensive and placement in lower branches is not good. Only aim for circuital branches.
