I saw this video and wanted to show my daughter where I go every September. I didn't realize that you guys did this video. I had to tell my daughter that I know both of you. I absolutely love the Ironhorse Motorcycle Lodge. I plan on riding a IBA Saddlesore 1000 to get there this coming September.
I drove my Yamaha FZ8 from New Orleans to deals gap. Had a small tent strapped to my rear seat. I stayed at the Iron Horse Lodge (2014 or 15) and slept in my tent. This place gets a 10 out 10 or a 20 out of 10. Covered motorcycle parking, Spotlessly clean dining area, bathrooms and showers. Grounds were also pristine. Food was awesome and cheap. Price per night was dirt cheap. Staff were some of the nicest people you could ever meet. Beautiful babbling brook running through the middle of the grounds. And I enjoyed the drive from the iron Horse Lodge to Deals gap, 10 times better than riding the actual deals gap. They also had bunk houses or private cabins available for bargain prices. I could literally type page after page of all the great things about this place. im older now and may have to trailer my bike next time i make the trip, but i already know where ill be staying.

We loved our stay there and have been back a number of times.
Looks like a great place. Another stop to add to the list if the border ever opens again.
