Yep, so with some help from my bro and the hotel crew, we successfully reached out to Bolt support to notify the driver about my misplaced phone. I left my phone in a pretty weird spot - the bag on the chair. That's why the driver didn't spot it initially and claimed it wasn't there, but he found it right after dropping off his passengers and giving it a good search.
