Well he has said that he doesn´t even really remember the girl. So it is possible the flashbacks are not accurate depiction of how the girl looked like, it is just his brain filling in missing pieces in his memory with the default "blond and blue eyes" foreigner stereotype.
I think it’s the older sister because in alya’s flashback she had silver hair and the girl in masachika’s flashback has the same hairstyle as the older sister. Now as for why the girl’s eyes were blue is a mystery, could be that masachika can’t remember it correctly or maybe it’s something else.
In Alya’s childhood flashback, she had silver hair. The flashback with Kuze’s childhood friend, that girl had blond hair. From that alone, it doesn’t seem like Alya is Kuze’s childhood friend. Also, Alya met Kuze in HS, as you saw in episode 3. All her inner thoughts were of her observing someone new. And Roshi, you keep mentioning Yuki, but Yuki is Kuze’s real sister. I think you meant Masha. And in the previous episode, Masha’s body language showed surprise, like Kuze was very familiar with her. And that’s why she asked him for his given name. She calls her childhood friend Saa-kun, and it fits with MaSAchika’s name.

Y'all overthinking it LOL Kuze remembers he met a girl in the past, then Alya's sister is the same and she's inlove with him... Remember that Alya always thinks being alone is better in his past... That alone already tells it.
To further confuse things, Kuze is just about as old as he can be and still be in his grade while we don't know how old Masha or Alya are. Masha could literally be just a month older than Kuze.

I am assuming the age based on the typical ages of Japanese high schoolers.
Don't trust the flashback. It's intentionally off because Kuze can't remember what she looks like anymore. The flashback shows his friend with gold hair and different blue eyes than Alya's.
I know it's rare in anime, but all narratives don't have to be trusted 100% of the time. Unreliable narration is a fairly common storytelling tool, where you as the reader cannot trust the exposition completely. In this show's case, as soon as you accept that Kuze may not remember the childhood girl's features in much the same way he cannot recall her name you know that you may not be able to rely on appearance to determine who she is. Instead you have to use other context clues to put it together; and that's where the fun in the story is.

I am assuming the age based on the typical ages of Japanese high schoolers.
@@gamerhead007 She actually came back in the previous year (from the uniforms) but probably pretty late in the year.
Don't trust the flashback. It's intentionally off because Kuze can't remember what she looks like anymore. The flashback shows his friend with gold hair and different blue eyes than Alya's.
I didn't really pay attention, but atp Masha might be wearing contacts -_-
💕💕💕💕💕
Just know that the answer doesn’t make sense. Lol
off topic but does anyone know if their gonna put their moving reactions on RUclips
Can you guys react to your lie in april?🎉❤
Bro it's not that weird i had clear blue eyes when i was a child and now i have green eyes and i see people like that her eyes maybe just changed colour to yellow or alya got her hair colour changed at some point
You'll didn't watch Makeine?
post credits basically "better hurry before i take ur mans" - masha
Flow
Nah these bots are everywhere
im tryna clean em up. Ridiculous
@@Kledge-j6p How do i know you're not a bot hum???
I can´t help u, but I think u are really confused with this episode and that flashback. Only I can say 16:22 that´s totally wrong, the style of the hair is exactly the same of Masha (the older sis)
Yuki huh
It’s probably just the way her hair looks in the sunset!!! It’s silver hair but the sunset made it look yellow
nah that slap was bad taste, way out of line when they aren't even dating yet.
Just to be clear Alya sister Masha is the childhood friend of Kuze but who knows maybe they will might get twist
its not that deep lmao
It's established in the light novels. It's masha.. masha was that person not alya
To add on @wrexgrafix84's point if Alya was the one that thought him Russian she would know or at least think he was understanding was she was saying but she acts like he would have no idea what she is saying but Marsha said "let's get going" in Russian because she knew he would understand what she said which means she is the one that thought him the language
