Can the same be done in eggplant? But instead of chickpea flour, grated coconut and onion can be used.
I add salt to chickpea flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida ,lemon juice. I use only oil for tadka for bhendi fry.

Bhindi is my favourite but in this recipe bhindi became so dried peanuts and besan contributed huge dryness to the bhindi sabzi which did not tasted good at all..
