This inspired an idea: "Unwanted Pokemon get REVENGE", where one person picks a Starter of their choice and the other takes one of the remaining two, then they get to steal an aspect of the chosen Pokémon from a limited list (like: ability [defaults to Honey Gather], one of its moves [cannot use that move and is limited to 3], 20 of each stat, half of a single stat, one of its types to add to/replace its own [becomes monotyped/normal], its TMs learnset to add to its own).
Maybe even add a WILD-CARD of sorts, where each person gets to ONCE steal two things in a round and pick any option (no matter if it has already been picked and not crossing it off the list if it hasn't either).
A bit complicated but I think it's good

It's kinda funny how Pat goes around the "no stab on Gothitelle"-debuff by just running it with Tera Blast, which does turn into stab when terastalized.

What about Then We Fight Blackjack?
You could play it with multiple people but 1-1 is more intense.
One person looks at their set of starters and the other is the dealer, and therefore draws two cards. One of their cards will be revealed to the person choosing, and that person will then draw two cards as well, and they can then choose to draw a third card if they don't think their cards are higher than the dealers.
The goal is to get to 21 with your cards, all numbers act as numbers, while the others are 10. Except for Ace that can be either 11 or 1, depending on what you choose.
If you are closer to 21 than the dealer, you get to choose your Pokémon freely, if not, they choose for you. If either one of you gets 21 exactly that person can then pick the pokemon and give it any ability they want. If the dealer gets 21 they can pick psyduck and give it truant, if the other player gets 21 they can take korairon and give it huge power.
If both get 21 you either try again or pick a different set of starters.
Have to say your poke vids in my opinion recently have been the best of the poke group recently! Keep going king!

What if you roll abilities before you and your friend pick Pokémon. But your opponent chooses what ability your mon gets from their pool of rolled abilities.

I know this is pre-recorded but I just had the idea and I had to say it.
Skill Link makes it hit all 10 times (if I understand the ability correctly), King's Rock causes each hit to have 10% flinch chance.

I would love to see this again as a yes but. You choose 1 to keep and the opponant gives it a modifier. Then choose one to give to your opponant then they should to give it a modifier and switch turns.

Had an idea for a video for ya. Based of like chess. You choose your starters and one becomes a king. 2 become officers and the other 3 are pawns. Lower rank can attack higher rank and have to switch out. However there's risk because if the king dies they lose the battle right away.
Man, people sleep on my boy Crabominable, but other than being slower than sin he's really not that bad. I had one on my first Moon playthrough and my only complaint was that I had to wait SO FREAKING LONG TO EVOLVE HIM, GAME FREAK, WTH?
But yeah, when he hits, he hits hard.
