Hands down, the best car detailing video i've seen all year...
This was the first wax I’ve ever had and I absolutely adore it. It’s so easy to use and the gloss is epic.
One down side is that it doesn’t last too long but you can say that with all of the really easy to use waxes.
That just means more time I can spend
With relaxing and enjoying my truck 🛻 with showing it the love lol
Bye for now Jon👍. Appreciate your vids and sharing you track day events. You’re a good man Jon👍
My neighbour gave me his Chemical Guys buttery Wet Wax and OOOOOMMMMMGGGGG - It was literally like spreading butter over my car. Straight in the bin!
I recall one of Jon's early videos where he compares CG's BWW with AP's BW, and he rated the Adam's slightly higher. Sounds like the Chemical Guys one left streaky lines or holograms in your case. Was it an old bottle?
Yeah, I tried it once. Same thing, pitched it right out after. Just horrible product to use.
@@shealaking8557 What specifically did you not like about the CG's butter wax?? I've used it a few times on a new black X5, and found it looks great and is easy to use. As has been mentioned, none of these super easy on / easy off products will last very long...
Looks great used this a good few years back. Quality product. Hope you’ve got the new Rupes Uno Advanced on order. Gamechager?
A comparison would be good, or outside shot, hard to tell what it's like after it dries on.
Another good video ,
What would you recommend for a white car?
Thankyou and well done for your videos
Ivory emulsion
nice pad stall jon
Hello Jon , could you tell me what tyre dressing you think is best , I’ve tried that many but within couple of days it’s gone - cheers
Try gyeon tyre express. Or gyeon tyre with hair dryer. 2 different products but i like express
Cheers Jon will order tomorrow.
Is that felt under the garage roof tiles breathable Jon? It should be.
Yer it was winter
Can you try soft99 dust blocker and iron terminator please
Hi Jon,
What about the water beading qualities?
How long can you expect this to last on your car?
water beading and longevity is non existent with this product.
@@DavidC1 So the product has sat on Jon’s shelf for 3 years unused, beading is poor along with longevity?
I fail to see why this has been recommended to us …
@@steveemmerson4954 using a carnauba wax is an emotional decision...some people still get joy from applying it... that's all this video was about. Just a bit of fun.
@@Standard_MT I moved from sealants back to waxes a number of months ago.
I find the application and results much more rewarding.
Wax seems to provide better beading and keeps dirt at bay for longer.
Hence my interest in this product and wanting further information
@@steveemmerson4954 I installed a ceramic coating to my car, myself. Just keep an eye open for high spots, and you’ll find the application is as user friendly as hand applying a wax… I live in phoenix and have 0 issues with dust, and water beading is intense.
Jon you need to leave the windows down slightly on the e36
Why?
"I just like it" - nuff said ;)
Hi Jon. I always enjoy your videos, and I was thinking, would it be possible to include Chrome Northwest products as well or a brand review perhaps? I know it’s not a fancy detailing brand like some other, but it’s reasonably priced, and many many lorry drivers use them, love them. I’ve looked for reviews of it on youtube, but couldn’t find much, so perhaps it’s another project for you. Thank you.
Cheaper than Lurpak atm
🤣🤣🤣
Perfect 👌 👌 👌
Worlds gone to fuck
E36 ❤ THEM
Jon still waiting for a g-string shuffle dance upload.
from the outside we see loads of products getting hurled at the paintwork all the time - you’re an advocate of not doing that as it can cause issues…i know it’s a test mule and it’s a detailing channel I guess. Even so IMO glazes & AIO mean you’re applying and buffing on the paintwork all the time and building up residues- jeez if i was out applying products by machine this often my neighbours sad-o-meter would explode 🤣
Please send us some cool weather here- lol
What's the machine you used?
I need a battery one..thanks
Flex xce
And Here's What You Could Of Won lol
Surely it just as easy to apply this using a pad manually.
Easier 9n machine
I can’t imagine how often you have to strip your cars from all the products you use
I can’t believe it’s not wax
Hood, no it’s called a bonnet in the UK 🤷🏻♂️
Oh god not again
I’d rather use a spray wax and get the same results and much faster/easier to apply.
Same here, I use the TAC Systems Shinee Wax that Jon recommended. Its brilliant stuff and so easy to apply.

It is in Sussex as well, Jon must have filmed this sometime ago.

You don’t clay before any hand polish work 🤷🏻♂️🫣
You clay to remove contamination. If there's no contimation your just wasting time.
@@ForensicDetailing yes but clay work scratches clearcoat & hand polish won’t remove them . Only machine work
