To inform the people in the comments. Unless you are doing auto-attacks, he only scales with HP. Prototype amber is actually pretty good, it reduces the ER requirements and has the support side too. Don't underestimate it.

A lot of people are complaining about using test servers for raising, and I feel the same way. However getting genshin content out while it’s stays relevant is hard, especially for a new region and new materials. There’s probably a schedule Moga follows to get content out while people will want to view it. I did like watching gathering materials but trying to follow a deadline must be hard and stressful under those conditions. Maybe I’m looking too much into it, making assumptions, or trying to defend when it’s not needed/when it’s just feedback. Still I’m happy to get content from a RUclipsr I like, and if this format works better then that’s good too.

He's the only character that I've genuinely had fun playing in trial since raiden's first banner. The burst to insta charged attack combo is fluid. Even the trial team was nice (though I'd swap sucrose for like beidou or something.)
Neuvillette is arguably the most fun character I've played in Genshin I think. He is more of a one trick pony than others but he's just so satisfying to use than others. And the thought of essentially having a character just spam Hydro Canon is so appealing (if anyones played pokemon you should know what I mean)
I think it’s the same, he’s gonna use real money to get Resin (exp materials and everything) so it won’t be much different than having everything out of the box in the media server
if you want a different enemy to test on besides masanori, you might want to look for Vivianne of the lake! she has 3M HP since you're tired of enemies dying immediately
no offense moga, we watch your videos for the fun of it, not to get info on the characters. for info alot of ppl go elsewhere since you have really no idea what you're doing most of the time, which is the fun part! just keep your old format and pull and raise your character in your own fun way, that's what we want to see :P

You can call this “testing on beta server” or something, but if this isn’t the character YOU WILL BE USING once the update goes live, I don’t wanna see it. Raising vids are so much better on your own account tho , beep beep , ayaka bonus , how many books do we need , fighting the boss , just your general commentary on the new area while farming is so much better
depending on rotations getting a crystilize of hydro with Zhongli is not easy, if you play popping Zhongli shield first and then the rest of the team you most likely get pyro or electro crystals but not hydro, you will need to do an auto with Neuvillette then do zhongli to guarantee the hydro crystal and then the rest of the team wich can be kinda cluncky.
Probably start with Neu E, get the balls ready, then Zhongli E, wait for crystallize, then electro and pyro skills. Maybe the balls are still around to beam with Neu, as a bonus his E will have recharged some already too.
Eh, I dont know. Moga kinda forgets what his charm is. When its on your account it at least feels genuine especially because you often dont really get hand of the character and make strange recommendations. This video just misses the mark. You're hyper focusing on the A1 passive when most of his theorycrafted team comps just ignore it. You can run him like any other on field hydro unit. Vape comp with Bennett, Xiangling, and a flex Taser team with Fischl, Beidou/ Yae Miko, and a flex Nilou Bloom with Nilou, Kusanali/Traveler/ Collei, and Baizhu/ Kirara/ Yaoyao/ one of the two not picked previously. The C1 is a great investment not as a QoL for making him easier/ less restrictive to play, but as a big DPS jump due to how challenging- impossible it is two run him with 3 stacks at C0
I think the Ballad of Boundless blue is an event weapon. That being said since I dont want to roll for his weapon and always get the bp the jade seems to be the best 4s option besides amber
EM is not good on him, its about as useful as ATK on Hu Tao because the only hydro-side reaction which benefits with EM is Electrocharged, Bloom, and Forward Vape, and nuevillette is not triggering either of those(unless you play him in nilou bloom which makes no sense). This makes widsith garbage on him, you need to win a one in 3 every rotation to do decent damage, otherwise your damage plummets into the ground. For FTP his best option most of the time is prototype amber, the energy an r5 prototype amber provides is very good for alleviating the ER reauirments allowing you to focus more on HP% and Crit% stats. The mainstat is also very good for him, HP% is not like ATK%, theres a ton of ATK% buffs which makes ATK% less valuable but all HP% buffs(other than hydro resonance) are locked behind 5* constellations, making the stat much more valuable.
WAIT NEUVILETTE AND FREMMY ARE THE ONLY CHARACTERS ABLE TO GET TO A LEVEL 14 TALENT. Holy shit that's insane if child passive works with constellations. You need to test that Moga. Also Neuvilette is one of the few catalyst users that can use also use Wanderer's Troupe set like Lyney and Ganyu

It's never worth it to build your team around his passive. Teams will be stronger and perform better if you just focus on building a normal team and only getting 2 stacks. You'll often get 3 stacks with normal teams too, for example a hyperbloom with zhongli

You're talking bout the beta server which is different. Test servers are for their partnered cc to test the new characters so they can make guides and new content as soon as new stuff comes out, promoting more engagement from viewers
*His C1 is really no joke.* It helps him to work in more teams like don't need to be 4 different elements in a team but just 3 to gain max A3 passive. Furina leaks that she can buff MAX 94.6% DMG Dealt. And to make it short, if you want Furina to work with Neuvillette then you need his C1. If not your DMG is reduce by 35% of Original DMG. And yes the BUFF from Furina can cover this DMG loss but just imagine how busted this Neuvillette will be if he got C1. That's why after some calculation and testing. His C1 is actually worth 85%CritDMG
