Yaaaass! Finally a RUclips tutorial on a tapered cut that I can follow!! I just have one question, I’ve seen a lot of ppl cut their hair while it’s straight...is that for preference or can I cut mine while wet so I can see the curls? My hair shrinks so I just wanted to see my actual curls while cutting.
Hi!! I would wet it only to see how compact or shrunken your gets so you can get an idea of how much to cut or not to cut.. then I would blow it out and cut it with my shrinkage in mind.😉💎

Love it....was like this hair is so thick. Please which way is best to cut 4c hair , on dry stretched hair or wet shrunken hair
Hey!😀 I have a couple of questions for you. Will you be doing twist outs or wash and go’s?.... or both. On wet or dry hair? If you are doing both I would say take into account your amount of shrinkage in it’s shrunken state. I would blow it out and then cut it but, you have to keep in mind your amount of shrinkage. If your wetting your hair like I did just keep your shrinkage amount in mind. I can’t stress that enough. I had in mind before cutting my hair. I would say Overcompensate for your shrinkage, Meaning I wouldn’t take too much off when it is in its stretched out. In my opinion blowing the hair out gives a more accurate cut. I hope this helps. 😉💎
