I had the embarrassment a few years ago, sitting next to him at an acoustic presentation in west London and asking him ‘ do you play guitar’ ? He was so humble said yes and then played my acoustic with me watching opened mouthed. Mike has integrity beyond doubt and is better as a person than a guitar player. And that is nearly impossible.

Mike is an absolutely amazing guitar player... Here comes across so humbly and he seems like a great guy to hang out with I imagine it would be fun to just pick his brain on all kind of guitar related questions

Mike is always like this. Friendly, funny and humble. Such a great person to hang out with. And then you watch him playing and think: ohh gosh. How is that even possible. Haha! Incredible player and we're honoured to have him on the show. //Kris

D'addario also had True Medium (ej24) set which has the exact same gauges but unfortunately only phosphor bronze.

You're right. Mike used that set before he changed to the Nickel Bronze strings. He just really likes the tension of the Nickels, but unfortunately D'Addario doesn't sell this True Medium set for them. That's why he mixes the sets. Cheers //Kris

Why not having an adjustable saddle? I have that on my old acoustic Ibanez from 1974. Just two screws like a Gibson.

So today I learned about new unit of length and found out that I'm not the only one mad man who suggest wiring up guitar player directly to the jack. Thank you
Oh, I got reassure to take measurements of every guitar after taking it in to work on and before getting through the door
Now please do a bass tech, but one that's using millimeters in lieu of beesdicks. (Although they are fine, I really learned a lot about using buzz as measuring device)

Instead of wiring it to the guitar player, could it run through a box with groundlifting? Do you know?
