Grave timer is still way too long. Needs to be 5 minutes max. I've been saying for ages that OSRS needs RS3's death mechanics minus being able to buy back items from death.

yea they've might have learned the misstakes of previous death bugs, but if i remember right it was not so long ago i saw that the fakelog still was possible.
if it is possible to somehow make the 2 work together tho i have no clue.
i belive someone will find a way to abuse this to perform a duplicate bug.

I wish they would remove the 22k req for NMZ if you disconnect for a split second rather than die, for like 3-5 minutes? Like "oh I see you woke up suddenly from your dream a minute ago, would you like to go back in?"
How have they considered UIM in the new death mechanics? Death is an integral part of the game mode and isn't used just because you die doing pvm... It's going to turn UIM into essentially HcUIM..
So basically if you have no cash in your bank when you die, you lose everything?

The main issue with death mechanics is it makes it extremely unfair to new Ultimate ironmen. The current ones have got to continuously abuse the hour death mechanic. It's going to gate the hardest mode even more.

I don't play it, the game mode is dying enough this will just perm kill it lol.
they mentioned that if the new system goes through, they'd find a way to leave UIM deaths pretty much same to keep from messing w the already established meta, so it's not rly an issue

Ffs, keep the death mechanic the same. Not everything needs to be a damn gold sink.
It does when there aren't enough gold sinks in the game that can affect maxed players, plus they're making the death timer less than an hour, so it's honestly better for the game overall.
I think they should add emotes to pet as they take so long to get and are pretty useless would be cool if they done somthing

These updates are for folks who played rs3 and is using osrs servers. I havent liked 1 update at all. So much to fix and i use pest control and its horrible. Resources dont regenerate and that activity bar needs to be tweaked. Maybe add other mini games for xp? Maybe since u guys like rs3 updates to the game then u should bring curses back and other shit like soul wars or stealing creation or even fist of guthix.. then u bring all these new wepons to the game but failed to ever create a guthix godsword....
I love how the first 4 bosses are basically just ripoffs of Naxxramas from World of Warcraft 😂

Disconnects aren't really a huge issue anymore so they should just revert back to original death mechanics at release.
A grave system is utter nonsense,,, we originally wanted the death mechanics reverted because it was too easy to get your gear back, now there making it even easyer to get gear back with gravestones that appear even outside an instance...lol. It would be nice to see some real risk return to pvm, I sorta miss looting other peoples gear when they died.

Stijn true but normally if you know you're about to die then you would either eat food or tele, to prevent dying. Its a rare occasion where someone is sat there watching there account dying and thinking fuck... I cant do anything.. Lets dc my net
