Hi , use any Photo program (Paint etc) to rotate and then save it. I save it twice (horizontal and vertical ) to see which works. Also i save as bmp and png . Make sure you use same resolution as your screen (which you can also change ) , also use a small file name of up to 5 characters🙂

Bro, do you know how to bypass the passcode? I purchased a used car and the android screen is similar to yours but I don't know the passode for the settings. i tried the usual zeros, 1 to 6 but nothing worked.
So I got mine to work. Images had to be bmp and 1600x720, just copy on main internal drive, unfortunately I have a second boot screen that I can't figure out what file type it needs.

What file type is it? The hesdunit may not be able to read the orientation code of the file.

in my small manual it say PNG format not BMP. Maybe thats why some people cant see it ?
If .BMP files are unsupported on your device then that will be the reason you cannot see them on the USB.

I download the files/logo's but when i click on the logo to install it the radio say file can not be open.
make sure file is on the system and not any other flash drive also make sure that the file is a .bmp and it reimagined to the size of your screen

Had this problem as well. Go to File Manager -> Settings -> Show Hidden Files. Then you'll be able to see the .Tcfg folder.

go to setting and find Build number tap it 7-10 times and youll unlock developer mode maybe the setting is in there
