He is Forsworn, so he would mock the Nords for throwing one of their own in Cidna Mine while calling everyone else a beast for how they cage everyone in Cidna Mine.
Kinda makes you see eye to eye with Madanach after how you were wrongly thrown in there by Thonar Silver-Blood trying to cover up their involvement with the Forsworn attacks, like the one in the market when you first enter the city.

Fun Fact: If you choose the option: "Let's start with revenge!" He will comment depending on your race.
If your a Male Nord:

If your a Female Nord:
Then come for me, Daughter of Skyrim, come for me!
If your any race or gender besides a Nord:
Very well, come for me then! Come and let's end this!
