      Like you can see, calisthenics athletes mostly have really skinny legs - because heavy legs - heavier to do skills

    Wasn't this more of a quads day than leg day? All exercises were quad-focused, and none seemed to primarily target the hamstrings, glutes or calves.

    One question. Do you think train legs can difficult to do planche or handstand push up? Or be strong um general is good to improve because more bodywheight forces to be stronger in calisthenic position?

    This leg routine is terrible, not a single exercise for the back side of the leg or the calfs

      I did this one for the video two because I split quads and hamstring glute😉
      I did 2/3 sessions of legs by week

      Is a very challenging workout, no doubt, but this set will only make unbalances in the body and lead to injuries.
      I get the show off part of a video but a word to warn viewers would be appreciate it

    We could compare it like this: 120kg squat = easy tucked grandpa planche. Andry can lift 120kg squat easy but these bodybuilders can't do a tuck planche in their dream ahahah
    200kg squat = advanced tuck and 300kg = full planche

      @@thequickwit8174 Leg machine gives me zesty vibes and there is a reason why people say training legs is g##y. If they are so important, why do many skip leg day? From the women I asked, they prefer a bit trained over massive legs. But that's the same with upper body.
      I would see somewhat of a reason if you would train legs for mobility and like jumping,sprinting whatever but just for the muscles... Eh

    Your still pretty strong on legs but generally Calisthenic guys are weak on the legs & legs also look terrible because pistol squats etc Wont built legs like in a gym etc
