Wasn't this more of a quads day than leg day? All exercises were quad-focused, and none seemed to primarily target the hamstrings, glutes or calves.
Squats use plenty of posterior muscles even when using high bar
@@dkfromthebay yes that's true. But wouldn't it be better if instead of 3 types of squats, some exercises like leg curls, Romanian Deadlifts and hip thrusts were included?

Is a very challenging workout, no doubt, but this set will only make unbalances in the body and lead to injuries.

We could compare it like this: 120kg squat = easy tucked grandpa planche. Andry can lift 120kg squat easy but these bodybuilders can't do a tuck planche in their dream ahahah

@@thequickwit8174 Leg machine gives me zesty vibes and there is a reason why people say training legs is g##y. If they are so important, why do many skip leg day? From the women I asked, they prefer a bit trained over massive legs. But that's the same with upper body.
I would see somewhat of a reason if you would train legs for mobility and like jumping,sprinting whatever but just for the muscles... Eh
