- So I really have no idea if this was even La Puente or one of the other communities that Valley Vista Services (VVS) collects from........but I'm calling it La Puente because, well, I can. Three different trucks find their way into this upload: a CCC LET2 / Wittke front loader with Curotto Can II for residential trash, a diesel CCC LET2 / F.F. Gomez Contender side loader, with Pendpac auto arm (also on trash), and a CCC COE / Heil rapid rail (on yard waste).
Each truck seemed to have something different and interesting about it, that set it aside from the others. About the Wittke, this would be the first Curotto Can / front loader setup that has been filmed and uploaded from the large VVS fleet. There's a good chance that truck is a former City of San Diego unit, just as some of the company's COE / rapid rails are. Then that diesel Gomez ASL was a nice surprise, plenty cool to watch.
An honest thank you goes to the drivers and this company as a whole. It's been awhile since 'the community' here on RUclips has seen Valley Vista, so I hope this upload is appreciated.

Valley Vista has a sweet fleet in general but holy crap that Gomez is something else! So much win, but agree with Zach that arm looks like it's about to self destruct.
Excellent compilation of the three trucks! Surprisingly enough, I thought that Curotto was fun to watch. The grippers were cart friendly, and it was smooth operation. Then again, how many CCC Wittke front loaders do you see retrofitted with a Curotto. That Rapid Rail, was pretty neat also. Nice little deep sound to it! The FF Gomez was probably my favorite out of the bunch. A driver who revved, but didn't rev in gear lol. I've seen a lot of videos lately of drivers who rev in gear, just isn't the same in neutral. The arm speed accelerating didn't change one bit lol, I was told that the new Pendpac arms are operate at idle only, still kinda cool to see em revved though, worked somewhat there with the extending/bringing back in of the arm, and the reach but thats about it.

Good Lord, no wonder people are having issues with their Pendpac arms if every driver is treating them like this! Why the heck would you bring your arm out a little and jolt the arm around when dumping...that's why they keep cracking.

I dislike companies that make the drivers jerk the arm like that to keep lids closed... smooth trucks are far more pleasant to watch also WTF happened to that curotto?
