Do you make your own crust or do you buy the dough pre-made? I just ordered the non-stick pizza stone from Amazon. I believe it's an Emile Henry made in France....

Man, of all the AWESOME accessories PBC sells, they NEED to come out with a perfect-sized pizza stone!
I've made this twice now and I'm telling you it is the best pizza you will ever have, get 2 bags of the diy crust and make it yourself.
