I love pomegranates! This is the first I've ever heard about spitting out the white seeds! We've always eaten them whole. Juicy, crunchy, delicious and soooo cute!!!

Yes cause I try to eat the seeds but I can’t really swallow the gritty texture after biting or chewing them. I want to eat them but I’m still working on it

Excellent excellent description of pomegranates and their nutrient value. Eat the seeds for their nutrition value. What your intestine won't digest and absorb your microbiome will use as food.

Pomegranate is like a "head" in shape.
The membrane inside the pomegranate that surrounds the seeds is similar to the "brain membrane".
Pomegranate can be a powerful brain cell regenerator.
    From a different angle:
There is red blood inside the human body.
The inside of the pomegranate is red.
The grains in the pomegranate are in the form of hard seeds in a transparent capsule.
The appearance and anatomy of pomegranate seeds are similar to the appearance and anatomy of cells.
Pomegranate can be a powerful cell regenerator.
The fact that the seeds of the pomegranate are hard can mean "strong cells".
It is possible to compare white pomegranate seeds to white blood cells.
The large size of the pomegranate and the high number of seeds in it may represent cell proliferation.
If you think of the seas as the bodily fluid in which cells live, "fish" represents cells.
Eating fish and drinking fish oil can be cell regenerative.
Swimming in the sea can be cell regenerative.
Salt and minerals in sea water enter the body through the skin and mouth.
The small nuclei inside the fig may represent body cells.
As the fig tree grows, the "branches" are strong enough to pierce stones and walls.
This unstoppable power may represent the "cell-renewing" power of the fig.
Stones and walls that the fig tree has pierced and destroyed can become "tombstones."
This is figuratively reminiscent of the resurrection of the dead.
Jesus approached the fig tree but could not find any figs.
    Jesus was killed by crucifixion.
The fact that Jesus was not able to find figs was perhaps a sign that he would be killed.
But Jesus cursed the fig tree.
And Jesus rose from the dead.
Immortality is not possible in the world, but all deadly diseases including cancer can be cured.

Why deseed these. There are plenty of health nutrients in the skin. You can slow press the whole pomegranate. This does negatively impact taste as adds some bitterness, but you can offset that by adding cranberry or other juice.Likewise you don’t need to discard the membrane. It has lots of nutrients; you just have to be creative in how to improve taste and make less bitter.

Would it be beneficial to cut ends off and put whole cut pieces into a vitamix and then strain to drink? This in order to get all of the antioxidant properties? I'm asking based on taste. :)
