No, I drink the juice - I just make sure it's organic, cold pressed, no concentrate, no added sugar. Of course it's expensive.

Just started drinking pomegranate juice. I was skeptical at first because we've all heard the bad about pasturized juices but somehow pomegranate juice must be surviving the negative effects of pasturation because after drinking the store bought juice for 2 weeks i feel like i have a whole new body in many areas. Its expensive but worth every penny. I am so grateful i discovered this juice. It has changed my life for the better.

The fruit is cheaper and offers more benefits. Juice may be more convenient but it's actually not hard to eat the fruit.
Score and divide the skin into sections, and then eat the seeds straight from the sections like a sliced orange.
      Saved money, time, wasted nutrition.

I do not drink Pomegranate Juice alone, I do however add it to my Fruit and Veggie smoothie. I would think that would take care of the Fiber issue with the juice...Dr Gundry, your thoughts please. Also Thanks to you I have modified my Fruit and Veggie smoothie to be Lectin free or very low in Lectins.

Not sure how bad the juice can be, but I know from personal experience that when I’ve caught a cold or any familiar illness, 100% pomegranate juice works better and much faster than any medicine to get me back to health. My nose often gets more runny than usual after drinking the juice, I suspect it’s the properties in the juice trying to get rid of the impurities in my system.

Thank you. I'd like to know about two potential superfoods: 1. BERGAMOT. And 2. ACORNS. Several claims have been made about (Bergamot) that the ones grown in Italy are the most powerful for the cardiovascular system. Any info on this would be appreciated...and if Bergamot is grown in the US. Also...once raw acorns have the tannic acid removed, there seems to be some powerful benefits. Thanks again.

Flax seed and (God forbid) flax oil - good or bad for males?. Max Gerson healed with it, but the Bro's online like Men's Heath say it kills Testosterone. The literature is pretty bare with only a few studies on women, obese, and patients with co-morbidities.

My local supermarket sells freshly squeezed juice where the pulp with the seeds goes back into the bottle. The pomegranates used in there are not very sweet either. What is your opinion on this?
