These videos are so helpful! I can’t wait to be a bartender one day, I have to complete 4-6 weeks serving to earn my spot but I feel so close to my goal now!
I worked as a barback for 2 months. I left 1 week ago cause of my school. but ı want to learn more i want to be bartender. My bartenders werent nice so i couldnt learn more thinks. Only about 15-20 cocktails with my effort. I can learn very fast. And i discovered ur videos. I am sure they are going to help me.
i’m most likely gonna binge these videos while going to school for bartending lol so happy to get a somewhat feel of what a night looks like. it’s a lil nerve wracking since someone might order 5 fuckin drinks at once lmfaoo omg
So glad I came across these gem of videos. I've been bartending for nearly a year now and I'm trying to build upon it as an actual career upon moving and these are so useful.
I will never bartend but I like to watch the live bartending videos from time to time with a good glass of wine. It seems to me counter-intuetive to work and serve people when everybody is having fun around you. They're sitting but the bartender is standing and working . I assume It's very demanding job with a lot of lower back pain side effects both in the short and in the long run. However, we like your videos and expecting for more videos like this one. Keep up the good work buddy
This was such an informative video. Simple to understand tips. Drink recipes. Really gives you a good idea of what its gonna be like behind the bar. Thanks for this!
So Nice live, continous with your attention, you really help me!!, I wish to became a professional Bartender, like you, and work on board a Cruise ship.
if you have a refrigerater available chill the glasses in there is more fancy look like, I love your videos remember of my summer jobs! and another think that I don't see on you but it's somehow explain by the flux of customers you have... the garnish of cocktails.... something more fancy like flowers or fruits or something! I enjoy all your videos like I said :) you make good job in there! oh and thak for the details of the cocktails it's inspiring for someone with not so much experience in that
Darkside Poetry this might be a bit late, but hey to know people, like learn how people act because a lot of times you’ll be able to recommend something and we’ve had a saying of always trusting your bartender, in the end if they want a certain drink it’s all cool but those who try new things or something different will usually have a good experience and if you learn body language you can work with them better
Hey Tray, I hear what you're saying, but listening to the distant music through an iphone doesn't do it justice. This is piano bar and people come from miles around and stand in line 30 minutes to get in, so don't judge the scene by the quality of the audio on the iphone.
Ha! I'd love to SupFam...I'm simply not in the trenches very much any more. I'm running my inventory business and helping bar owners hire bartenders now. But maybe I'll guest bartend one of these nights.
Hi sir , i just wanna ask something , sorry my bad English , im from Indonesia , i am a beginner at the bartender , is the beginner bartender should know everything about bartending or what ? I still 3 month at bartending , it makes me confuse , i try hard to learn that thing but still make me confuse , can you give me some suggestion ? Thank you
Hey Septian...I'd love to help, but this question about helping you become a better bartender goes well beyond a RUclips comment. You say that you've been bartending for 3 months which means you've got your foot in the door, so my advice would be to get close to someone who has a lot of experience and doesn't mind you shadowing them to learn. Best of luck.
this is job for me and my guy u should see what is busy.and what a f..up circled bar we have and stupid boss who made it in so inpractical way.but that is not normal dude im burned to the ground, only diference is we stop to serve cocktails after 2A.M. and then is 3 of us with one dish washer.i would like to work in this kind of bar.only positive thing is that now im ready for every bar there is.nothing can suprise me..this corona time now is serving me nice..resting finally.also im not in in the states here in europe.adriatic sea its to work in a bar in a night club is a different kind of animal.but anyway i like your style.you are whata manager shoud be.and have a nice logic behind it.and thats very important.one day i will open my pub.not a njght club screw that shit..until 2 a.m. is enough.when you are coming home 7 am every day you start to look like a freaking vampire

Dave, did you teach at Nashville Tennessee? asking for a friend
Nope, I have never taught in Nashville
Are these all on a drink menu pen just requested at random by customers? If so your memory is sharp
Damn just hammering them out don't miss a beat.
Ad real as it gets, classrooms cant provide reality like this...
i love these!!! very helpful since i’m starting as an inexperienced bartender:)
How did you do?
Love to see your videos 😘😘
Thanks Uzwol...I'll keep them comin' then.
I see you rocking the Hop Valley shirt. Hell Yeah!!! Are you from Eugene?
Hey Nick, not from Eugene, though I visit there from time to time. I do love me some Hop Valley though.
This one was the last live bartender training and we didn’t even notice that...
What’s the name of that devil song I really like it
Where is this ? I want to visit looks like so much fun lol
Do you have any speed tips (other than multitasking and price memorizing) for people who work in places where free pouring is prohibited?

Awesome video but the music playing in the bar is trash

Um, I don't think an Old Fashioned should be shaken or soda added. Sorry, that really bothered me.
Fortunately, you can make your old fashioned any way you wish, yummychums. That's what makes this profession so great. Sorry if you were bothered.
Fair enough.
