Cow and Bull Training Hints

Cow and Bull Training Hints includes hints for training cows to voice commands as well as bulls and oxen. Cows (like Lila and Devi in this video) can be trained to simple voice commands that help to increase the ease of handling them in all situations. Oxen can be trained to complete farm chores, and bulls (like Bala in this video) can be trained depending on their temperament.
Bovine Training Hints originated from ISCOWP's consultation with Jim Latorre (Sudhajiva das) at his 350 acres startup project centered around cow protection located in the Appalachian hills of North Carolina. A beginning herd of beautiful Gir cows roams the pastures. One of the goals of the project is to be a destination point for tourists and seekers. Therefore the herd should be easy to handle and accustomed to positive human association. ISCOWP's consultation visit was pointed towards these goals.

At the ISCOWP cow sanctuary, we practice cow protection, which means the cows under our care will never be slaughtered. We rescue many of our cows and oxen from situations where they were destined to be slaughtered, like an ox from a dairy farm. We also propose a change in diet to veganism or vegetarianism, basically a plant-based diet. Becoming a vegan lessens the consumption of not only meat but commercial dairy products, which reduces the suffering of these often cute animals. We believe in animal rights because we believe animals have souls, emotions as we do. The videos we vlog are to bring people closer to these rescued animals and get a look into their lives. Sometimes they act like funny animals, sometimes like cute animals, and sometimes they show their noble personalities and appear as the holy cow.
