Muchas gracias, llevaba años buscando este intro, concretamente la versión en inglés que por alguna extraña razón fue la versión que nos llegó en México.

A few years ago BRB did this for the original Dogtanian series and taking a hint of Eurovision I scored them in the same way, therefore based on that here's top three: Finland, Germany and Italy.

Indeed! They used harpsichord/cembalo in Finnish theme which is pure genius and brings the atmosphere of the era in the most authentic way.

The Italian version is the best one because it feels like an anime opening

The Portuguese version sure does bring me back memories of my childhood. That's thorugh this show I met Dogtanian. It's a pitty that France didn't get this show. :(

True, its a pity that not a lot of places got this show. (Although I think season 1 was better)

Frankly, I don't even like the opening theme in European Portuguese of that season. It's too childish and they never translated "D'artacan, D'artacan" parts like they did in this one.

I agree the intro is pretty childish.
But it sounds like they're saying D'Artacão, D'Artacão at 6:52 instead of D'Artacan, D'Artacan (but I could just be mishearing). Also, for some reason Portuguese is the only version that has this part, all other languages leave it instrumental

Yeah, I meant that, in the season 1 opening, they kept those parts in Spanish and, in this opening, they finally translated them into Portuguese.
