As an engineer I can't stop looking at the electrical outlet directly above the water. I know it's PROBABLY just fine...but...it's most definitely a code violation.
Try like this. Place a deep bowl of tolerably hot water in front of a non-scalding bath. Lower your legs to the ankles, and lower your hands to the wrist in a bath of cold-ice water. As soon as your fingers begin to tingle, usually 40-50-60 seconds, start taking a bath. Your toes won't be as tight. After the procedure, if you are pounding, then again lower your legs to the ankles for 1-2 minutes. The procedure has ended. This method was shown to me in the Caucasus in 1976. Each time you notice that the time is added. Good luck.
That ice bath looks absolutely stunning! Nice work to the team at BlueCube!

How much would it cost for this set up
25 schmeckles
What is the proper length of time to get the benefits of ice bath? Thanks.
2 min minimum
I wouldn't ask this amateur company, especially from Napoleon Dynamites body double.
51 Minutes Sauna, 11 Minutes cold plunge per week. Mentioned Sauna because it's a great combo to use.
@@bayside6207 looks like a top notch piece of equipment

Yeah he's trying to hide the fact that he isn't but he is because he's an amateur.
@@bayside6207I’m on day 6 of cold plunging and I don’t plan on documenting anything until I get somewhere
