These overpriced plunges are pigs with lipstick, and the Rogan and Theo Von reviews were bought. You can see from the negative reviews flooding in that BlueCube is a verified scam. I want a full refund for this crap tub. That reality show you took money from did you no good, either. Your lack of showering or business acumen is no way to run a business. I run my bathtub with cold water till it's halfway full then i dump a few ice cubs in the water and i sit in the tub for 10 ro 15 minutes and its usually unbearable for the first minute or two

If a doctor said I had minutes to live, I'd do a cold plunge. Because those 3 minutes in my cold bath are my longest 3 minutes of my day.

I bought an inflatable cold plunge tub on amazon for around 50 bucks. It sucks. 58° is as cold as my well water is. I haven't added ice. I've been doing about 6 minutes so far. It definitely helps with anxiety and mental health.

Been cold showering for a couple of years now and in the UK winter the temp is generally about 5 degrees which is great. However by summer its easily hitting 10 which is not cold enough so been taking cold baths with a few kg of ice added but becomes like £8 each bath. Seriously considering investing in a tub and a separate chiller and filler as can just about get this for £1000. Would love one of theses but ain't got Rogan money, even though they actually will pay him 1000s just to mention their product.

You can achieve movement of water by moving your arms & legs, also blue cube does Not provide a grounding effect like Morozko does which is another added health benefit.
