The last advice is really important.
While I was studying at the university, I only thought about being the best student possible. It was hard, it was very stressful, but nothing else mattered for me back then. I was just consumed by my ambitions, my perfectionism, my desire to prove that I was worth something. But by the 5th year of studying, I felt burnt out. Combine this with working at another university where I didn't think I was doing well... so, it led to a really nasty nervous breakdown. I just snapped, right in the middle of the goddamn lecture.
That was horrible. I was laughing maniacally, screaming, crying my eyes out, feeling like my head is about to burst.
But it was a good lesson.
Don't be like me. Please. You need some place and time to rest, to recharge your batteries, so to say.

First off great video as always. I continue to build my reading skills every day, and the whole life stuff like filling your cup, is very important.
However, I face a few setbacks.
    • Advocating for myself i.e. Autism (although I'm getting better)
    • Planning on who to coach and what skill to invest in (I want to build good routines and my main target/s are Games and Animation)
    • "Post-Work Stink/Fatigue (I have a 4-hour early morning job)
    • Social Media Scrolling
    • Money.
    • Coaching (social anxiety mainly although I have a couple in mind)
    • Workout rooms (timezone issues + social anxiety)
    • Burnout (Although my flame is still alive)
Thank you and enjoy your day!

💜 thank you for your insight and honesty. The daily practice is so important. Hopefully you'll be able to join one of our coach-led workout rooms - we're mixing up the times and coaches. A listen to a A Minute With podcast for inspiration can really help with the post-work stink. See you on the site 💜

Since I don't have any experience is it smart to offer to work for free ?
