Tapes are absolutely the only extension that doesn't cause damage. I have fine, thin, fragile hair and fusion bonds made me near bald, micro beads slipped out and also caused mass hair loss. The absolute worst were glue extensions and a weave. Had a trial track and it gave me a massive panic attack. Horrible claustrophobic feel having a tight braid and hair being sucked tight to your scalp. Tapes don't cause hair loss or damage if installed properly. They are the only extensions that have helped my breaking whispy hair the opportunity to grow
I have very thin fine hair and tape extensions did not damage at all. My only complaint was washing my hair I felt I couldn’t really get the scalp near the tape and I didn’t like that feel.
Yes I would like to see more videos because I have fine hair and I have a hard time styling my hair and if I could see some video on how to stop then baby here that I have thank you love your method.
Hiya! Love your videos, girl. I have been watching and i was wondering if you would recommend the other method that you do which is the Brazilian knots on thin hair? Noticed that you didn't include this and i wonder if it's basically because it's not suitable for thin hair.
I wouldn’t suggest the beaded weft. They feel very unnatural and are bulky, after only a week they started pulling my hair out at the root. Took them out immediately, had so much luck with tape ins.
Tape is glue babe that is terrible on your hair. The braidless weft stylist should of used more of your own hair or used invisible flat weft method much more light on your hair as it’s only one track. Please be careful with tape in x
@@Proextensionist I’ve had tape ins for 4 years with zero problems, my natural hair is healthier now than it’s ever been. I just wanted more movement of my natural hair. The beaded wefts were the worst for this and even though the wefts were single wefts they were incredibly bulky, even after she reinstalled them I had way too much hair loss for them to be sustainable. The technique you showed seems like there is much more movement.
That’s a shame I get lot of hair loss from people who have had tapes for years and never from Braidless weave maybe it’s how I do the tapes. I don’t really offer them anymore
@@Proextensionist I think a lot of it is the removal. I found a great product that makes them slide out with very little residue, I just squeeze a little at the top of the tape, by the time I get to the top it’s half separated and squeeze a little more to the part that is still attached, and when I get back to the first extension they slide right out, no pulling or tearing at all. I’ll do a hair mask and it will remove any glue left in the hair. Although when I tried the mini tapes I had problems with them twisting and pulling throughout the day, but the full size have been awesome.
Tapes are the least damaging for me and I hardly notice they're here. (straight hair) I haven't tried keratin tips, but I've tried every other one and I went back within a week to get them taken out due to excruciating headaches.
@@terkv have you tried a braidless weave? Either a U-shape part at crown to install a continuous weft or multiple front to back parts on top for small weft pieces. 2nd method adds volume to top for more styling options. Micro beads are crimped at root along parts & wefts are sewn onto beads. My hair is fine, smooth & straight so I use smallest silicone lined beads to grip & hold. Weight of extentions is evenly distributed on beads & multiple tracks can create luxurious fullness. Wefts are invisible with hair pulled up if space is left around hairline. Correct hair type, density, color match & placement are all important in achieving a perfect head of hair.
@@dnllmaurer1 ohhh, I haven't tried them sewn onto the weave. That might work better. I had wefts done where it was just a regular silicone bead and no sewing or braid. They hurt a lot and fell out pretty quickly, but that sounds like a good better idea!

However within 4 years I had peri menapuase didn’t think that would be a contribution to hair loss
But after being menapuasal hair got worse , thinking out hair fall by then I was two years without hair extensions
