White Water Paddling On The San Marcos River

- Went to San Marcos Texas with some friends to enjoy this beautiful river and learn some skills with white water kayaking. Ended up meeting some amazing instructors and just good people to hang around with and then checked out the Guadalupe River which was just as nice. Then we hit up Medina Lake and wow is that lake nice! Perfect weekend out and good times!

Man i know that was a lot of fun. It sucks when you come to the end and you have to leave from so much fun you are having. I appreciate you sharing this. I know I've been by this on 35 but I didn't know that was there. I'm going to have to check this place out I'm in Texas a lot. Take it easy man.
Going back is an absolute must! Place was incredible. Just watch them waterfalls, there’s no signs to warn ya. Once this virus chills out I’m gonna try to go there again. Thanks for watching

Where'd you come from? I'm one of the lucky ones being as this is my hometown and I live 7 minutes down the way on ranch road 12. Growing up it was the best thing to cool us off from the blistering heat. The kids and I are out in the river almost everyday in the summer.
Coming from Oklahoma City and I am very jealous! That place was amazing and I definitely need to plan a kayak camping trip on it someday
