Thanks. Made a good bottle of ketchup with your recipe today. I did the following improvisation to it: ground the onion, garlic, ginger, dhalchini and clove before cooking and added the mix to the tomato while cooking. Tastes good. Thanks again.

That cloth method with the garlic, cinnamon and ginger...tying it up and simply just dropping it into the pot with the tomatoes...I really liked that! I'll have to try that one day!
