    I made this receipe.
    It turned out awesome 😋😋
    I replace sugar to DATES and vinegar to LEMON JUICE.
    finish this sauce in 5 to 7 days.

    Thank you chef for sharing such a healthy way of making ketchup. The ketchup available in the market are made up of so unhealthy chemicals and preservatives which makes us unhealthy and sick.

    Thank you so much Kunal sir for this easy recipe. I made it 3 times in a month. N the taste of sauce is very yummy. Everybody in my family like it very much.
    Firstly I made it before 3weeks. It was amazing. The whole bottle finished in only 10 days. So did it again 2 times. N sent it to my mom n sister.
    I got very good Feedback of this sauce.
    Now I never purchase the tomato ketchup.

    One who doesn't take onion or garlic..can avoid...but the method

    The ketchup turned out very much tasty like Market one
    But one incident happen😅I put the cooked tomatoes directly in mixer grinder without being cool down it
    And its turned to be dangerous for me the whole hot high temperature Paste overflowed from mixer grinder and comes dirctly on my body and especially on my hands and burn my skin totally 😔
    But I never ever forgot that day in my life that pains a lot but it all worth when I make it toatlly and taste it😅
    It turns Deliciously Amazing❤

    Thanks for the amazing recipe Kunal ji .You told about pasteurisation so after boiling the bottles for 30 mins do we have to dip them in ice water or let them cool at room temperature.pls guide.

    Bihar state has its own aam ka kuchcha which is thinly sliced raw mango mixed with spices salt and mustard oil and kept in sun for some days for maturing then it is ready for consumption as pickle and can be kept for the whole year without any preservative
