It was amazing. The whole bottle finished in only 10 days. So did it again 2 times. N sent it to my mom n sister. I got very good Feedback of this sauce. Now I never purchase the tomato ketchup.

The ketchup turned out very much tasty like Market one But one incident happen😅I put the cooked tomatoes directly in mixer grinder without being cool down it And its turned to be dangerous for me the whole hot high temperature Paste overflowed from mixer grinder and comes dirctly on my body and especially on my hands and burn my skin totally 😔 But I never ever forgot that day in my life that pains a lot but it all worth when I make it toatlly and taste it😅 It turns Deliciously Amazing❤ Love you sirji😊❤
Yes sir realy looks superb a deicious it was so important for me as we don't use oinion garlic and like to prefer Jain sauce and this reciepe I am surely going to try

Bihar state has its own aam ka kuchcha which is thinly sliced raw mango mixed with spices salt and mustard oil and kept in sun for some days for maturing then it is ready for consumption as pickle and can be kept for the whole year without any preservative
