I'm not being funny but you should get a knighthood for all the help you've given to a vast number of people over the years to help their careers and livelihood. Thank you very very much.

Is there a way to make the bump map a displacement map? I want the texture to appear in my 3-D prints.

Hello, Can I convert the 'virtual' texture applied to physical and export in STL files? I need to learn it for 3D print jobs. Thanks and have a happy new year.

Did you find out if it was possible to convert the texture for stl, I'm trying to do a similar thing.

Any plan on getting your hands on one of the new i9 or threadripper processors (when they come out of course) to do a refresh on your bench mark videos?

Not unless they send me one, which they won't. I can't justify spending 12 months of RUclips ad revenue on 1 CPU when I already know it isn't going to top any charts for 3D CAD. I might be able to work something out with AMD though so I'll work on that when they release the chips

Hi do you have a video for sheet metal text for example cut out name tags on sheet metal I know you had a video on engraving but need something to go all the way through the metal THANKS

Did you try using the sheet metal Cut feature on the converted text? I'd probs need to check but I'm sure that would work

Actually just using the normal extrude command on text will let you cut text through the metal, Cut doesn't pick up text

This has helped me alot but as you kept showing stuff off i kept getting more angry. Like why isn't this stuff made easier to find. Like holy this that texture library, how the fuck did i miss that.

    CPU ?

I currently still have a i7-4790K. Platform upgrade is required pretty soon. The 4790K as a CPU is still competitive to even then 7700K but the platform (DDR3 etc) is beginning to let it down and hold it back.

Well I dunno what country you're in so it'll be different based on where you are, in English money they're £90 for the basic one up to around £350 for the top end one

Okay, but does this video do with basics or the best?
      I'm from Brazil.
Do you sell it, too? Can you indicate a nice store link that you export?
