The bug is that it revives to the last Act when you have a full board, but Act I if there is room.
Whenever you summon things in the small "queue", weird things happen

The rite of passage card is a really nice addition to this deck. Also, didn't expect that there would be a deck around capturing units (maybe tahm kench, but only that one). Petricite hall might have become my favourite demacia card, it feels like a card that had to be in demacia, while also being something different from the whole play units and battle. And I find it funny that they turned the silence your own unit to get rid of the captured unit into a card's effect

Yup.. 2 cost petricite hall is nasty, thanks to rite of passage. Silence the unit that capture other unit was popular in tahmkench soraka meta.

That empire reconstructor doesn't do that last act revival with the new landmark from shurima or Shadow isles that make sand soldiers and makes ephemeral copies I use that in my ephermal deck and it does not do that same glitch that I just observed it doing for you. I know because I make a million sharks or whatever, or I'll blow it up and then immediately get sand soldiers at +2 face and throw them into combat at focus speed and it'll start over at act 1 I'm sure of it. I do it as part of my tactics for the deck because it always works that way

I think it’s just a bug that happen when you have full board while activating the reconstructor effect.
