@@meladhenes4193 No! What I learned in the manual book for studying for the written knowledge test. You must make a Right turn in the proper lane, if it is necessary for you to block off another traffic lane you must make sure cyclists, motorcycles and smaller vehicles are not attempting to move up into your turning space. So the answer to your question is, you should never make a Right turn in the Left lane. Generally it is better to use more space from the road you are leaving then from the road you are entering.
These idiots who make these videos don’t project all scenarios , all this nonsense u won’t do in real life , I ain’t waiting for 17 seconds in an empty intersection and also when the right turn I’m getting into is tight , I hug the middle lane between far right lanes to make a turn
