Just wanted to address some of your concerns :)
So with this detail, we ONLY had that one day to do it, and we worked over 10 hours on what you see in the video so we could surprise the owner with it. There is a great chance there are more mice in the car that we didn’t get to but we spoke to the owner off camera after and she/John (the owner of the shop) understand that there is a lot more work to be done with the Audi, i.e disassembling the interior and pulling out the carpets. Our goal and what they were looking for, was for us to at least get the exterior looking good again, and cleaning the interior with the time allotted to us so it would be easier to continue working on. Obviously no one knew there would be mice nests in the car as it has been sitting since 2004 and was not checked for anything until we detailed it. As for the baby mouse, we did not kill it. We set it outside, under a tree in shade, near the building in hopes the mother would find it. Hope you guys enjoyed the video for what it is at least!
There were no additional mice in the car!
@WD Detailing do you have an update on the Audi GT? Has John done any work to it? Such a GREAT car story and very happy for the original owner and seeing you two give the GT a terrific cleaning
With the mice put all of them into a box and then release all of them together
men sorry but the seats can better you miss some spot hire and dire i have autisme its enoying fore me that is just not good enuf

People don't get how hard it is to come by this stuff, appreciate the hunt you guys go on
Thank you! We do this all for you guys. We do these details absolutely for free. We don't accept tips either. :)
@@WDDetailing wow... People lose their shit at me when they hear that I do this around here
Its hard to get seats out not even doing all this stuff
You guys should take out the carpet and pressure washer outside and clean the floor , also removing the center console. You will find a lot of shit inside there .
It is not a good clean. I think its just for surprise
@@thaiefahmed9561 meaning?
@@jayasmrmore3687 they didn’t have a lot of time to clean it before the previous owner looked at it
Unbelievable that this carpet wasn’t removed for cleaning in order to thoroughly vacuum, clean and disinfect the floor board. This is the third video I’ve watched on this channel and they never remove the carpet on the disgusting cleanups like M.A.D. detailing. I don’t need to see anymore from them. Not impressed at all.
Definitely check all places for the nest and more babies.
Since it was infested with rat, the most important step you guys would have done is remove the entire carpet, then by doing a proper inspection you would have cleaned the panel and would have found second rat that was roming nearby the rear seat. This would have ensured peace of mind to the owner who is going to get the car.
Yep, I 💯 agree taking out the carpets would've been a smart move here especially after finding mice and nests.
This is mouse bruh ._.
Yeah rats are like 5xs bigger than a mouse and rats would have been inside the seats as well……ok I think I’m gonna be sick 🤢
Wash the engine, the entire car body and under it
Exactly. The mouse urine has been soaking into the backing and padding. Extracting isn't going to remove that.
If you were cleaning a car and found a live baby mouse, how would you have handled the situation??
Dont forget to like the video & subscribe if you haven’t already!
I would have made him a pet. 😍
I would definitely scream and my kids would beg me to keep the baby and we probably would 🤣
just feed him or her, and call him or her D-TAIL
Scream, pick it up with gloves on and let it go in the woods very very far away!
I'd scream and prolly set the car on fire 😂💀
I hope mama mouse is happy how you cleaned her house :P
23:20 currently thinking about how the mice probably chewed through alot of the wiring
That mouse seems happy inside the audi 🤣
🤣🤣🤣
Who wouldn’t be!?!?!
Amazing transformation... The emotion in her face afterwards was simply awesome. R.J. and Brent absolutely rock! I would have done the same thing with the baby mouse..
If you drop it off at a vet, someone there would probably nurse it along
thats what i thought
Whaaaaat? Seriously? To grow a pet mouse? You’re insane
Do you find heavy ozone helps a car like this? Same question for foggers and the like. Also did you detail the engine bay (mouse citadel)? Lastly, in a car this dirty the cabin filter must be pack with yuck. Do you change that even if just for safety? I can just imagine that every inch of this car is soaked in feces and mouse urine and the stuff just bakes in there getting into everything soft from the headliner on down. Even under the carpet must be pretty soaked.
Ozone basically kills all viruses and bacteria. So yeah, it’s probably help more than anything else they did.
The car isn’t going to be driven. Not yet at least. Listen to the video……
@@rickharris4579 Heard the video. Just asking questions.
These didn't come with cabin filters, mine didn't anyways.
I hate mice but they were so cute in the video 😭😭
Oh come on don’t hate on mice they won’t hurt you don’t worry
@@WhiteIndoraptor they spread diseases
@@LuxKadafi I know they do they spread Salmonella and it’s not pretty.
@Mickey Mouse I don’t but they do
@Mickey Mouse Except for you Mickey
This was awesome! Makes me want to go find my first car, which I sold 20 years ago and miss so dearly! Great video.
Im so proud of that you bring back a beauty to this rare audi and she is looking good
Her reaction says it all! It's that love for your car ❤️
She left it that way, that's not love for a car.
As I understand it, the new owner bought the car without ever using it.
Obrigado por colocar legenda em português , abraço do Brasil !
Ne mano e os ratinhos akakakaka🐀🐀🐀
I'm glad you didn't just discard the baby mouse, it's still a living breathing creature, and I know they're a menace and destructive and it would be easy to just let it die, but it deserves to live as well. Too bad more humans don't have respect for life!
Absolutely agree❤️
I wonder if she knows how cool that car really is, I'm guessing she does. This is a rare, highly sought after audi gt coupe. It has a lot of value on the market and can sell at a premium price, especially to collectors. If it's AWD it's even more rare. Harry's Garage has a few and does videos on them. I love this car and would love to own one. I'd hold on to that baby forever!!
a bonus to these video's is to see somebody get them running again. it's amazing to me that somebody would let a nice little car like this one just sit in a shed and basically rot away.
Wow what a transformation!! I’d love to see a follow up on this car once it’s up and running!!
You're right that its basically a death sentence to leave the baby mouse outside. This will get people mad, but the best thing you can do in situations like this is to put the mouse down. Yes it's hard, but it keeps it from suffering.
Bom dia meu irmão!! Excelente trabalho realizado, sou fã do seu canal continue enviando mais vídeos, aprendo bastante com vc .
Awww, baby mouse! And I just want to say that I find you absolutely adorable, RJ.
I wish I had my first car back! It was a 1984 Plymouth Turismo 2.2, black with charcoal interior. I had the old school louvers over the back window. It was nothing special, but I loved it and I washed and detailed that thing a *lot!*
The word coupe comes from French and is written as coupé and read as coupee, which stands for "cut", or a three door if you prefer.
This car looks great guys! Amazing job! The reaction was great! 🎉
What an awesome first car! Please do a follow up when it’s running and back on the road! I love your videos.
Amei seu trabalho, Maravilhoso,,,,já virei fã.😃😊
This is, indeed, the best video you guys have made. Keep it up!
Thank you so much!
Question. When I clean my carpets in my car, they dry and seem stiff and kinda crunchy. Even when I rinse them to death. What kinda of carpet product do you use when cleaning carpets or interior fabrics?
Use warm water and don’t dry them under the sun. Dry them under low air fans! Also no heavy soap, specially if they have full rubber bottoms!
Sorry for taking up so much comment space but even the interior cleaning brought back memories of crawling through the car. Even cleaning those silly tiny interior door latches. And yes I cried right along with her. You did an outstanding job.
Now this is one flawless detail❤
You see the bar low, huh?
Holy hantavirus captain!
So excited to see this 1985 Audi Coupe!! Mine was gold but how I loved that car. I loved to look at it, even more I loved to drive it. Memories! Riding the 401! Thanks for loving this beauty.
Excellent transformation wd as always🔥🔥🔥🔥that baby mouse was soo cute
Right !? Poor little guy
I had an 87 Coupe GT 5speed. Black on Grey with the orange digital dash! Loved that thing.
It is hard to not get emotional with a baby mouse, but glad you put it outside.
Awww their so cute 🥺
Good Job with that nice looking car. I had one of those once, a black 1983 Audi gt coupe drove it from sweden through germany and Austria on a vacation 1991 with my girlfriend then ( wife now) great memories 😊loved that car and great sounding 5 cylinder.
Awesome job! Truly great work! I know this wasn't an easy task and both of you are true professionals by not only your work but your respectful and caring attitude. Well done!
That means so much to us…. Thank you
@@WDDetailing Well deserved.
For the baby mouse, unfortunately, it likely didn't survive being left in the grass. If this situation every happens again, check facebook for local wild animal rescues. They are everywhere and I've found that they will often come to you to get babies like this and give them a chance at survival.
Love the outcome of this detail!
Fuck those mice.
8:15 love this part
I watch you guys all tha time. Trust and believe I know how hard of a job you all are doing. Truly Great work, Truly Great. I'm in TX. Will continue to watch
really passionate people
By far the coolist part of these videos, ( I watch several detailers), is where you surprise someone by going above and beyond what's expected. Keep on paying it forward!
If only my girlfriend reacted like this when I clean her car😂😂😂
😂🤣😂
Yeah, if only my girlfrie- oh, wait...
@@adampavella1225 😂😂😂😂
By far, the best part of your videos is the FOAM Cannon!!! Love it
What an amazing reaction 😍❤️ how cool is that!
I used to own an 86 Audi Coupe GT in Alpine White. Fun car and super rare.
Amazing guys, ya'll just keep getting better, thanks for the hard work you guys put into the details and videos👍
Thank you so much 🥺
@@WDDetailing you guys didn’t do the undercarriage?
Fascinating. I have an Audi (A1). My son has an A3. I used to spend a lot of time in Ingolstadt, where their HQ & factory are. Used to know Rupert Stadler, the ex CEO accused in the emissions case. Been round their museum couple of times. So yeah, thanks.
Best car restoration I’ve seen! Keep it up.
For a mice infested inside, I'd like to see it cleaned deeper. He didn't even scrub the rails of the seat...
It honestly needed a deep clean with anti-bacterial and antiviral soaps. Lysol spray, ozone treatments, and changed air filters. The whole 9 yards. Seriously, this car is just a biohazard.
It was just being cleaned up for the owner. Nobody is driving the car. Listen to the video before you make smartass comments.
they only take care of the car's aesthetics, normally they are called for that, the owners probably take the cars to other places afterwards
you do it.
You guys are SO AWESOME and you are very nice people!!
Thank you so much!
Love the Audi and awesome job on the detail!
Omg she made me tear up, you guys are wonderful.
fantastic job brilliant job you guys do awesome work the best detailing guys ever keep it up guys
Amazing job guys! I would love to see you guys team up with MAD detailing, that would be amazing!
M.A.D. Detailing would blow them right out of the water, but at least they. could see first hand how to detail thoroughly. These two cut all kinds of corners.
You should do more of this barn find videos they are really satisfying 😌👌
Muito show o trabalho de recuperação.
Great video, great reaction! Lovely to see how much she cared about the car. As a car-guy, I fully understand :)

Que belo trabalho, muito bom mesmo, nem parece o mesmo carro que chegou, ganhou uma nova vida, tomará o novo dono cuidar para não chegar nesse estado de novo.parabéns pelo ótimo trabalho!
wow!! what a fantastic job!!! memories, "recuerdos".. congratulations!
Guys that was absolutely amazing and her reaction was priceless it was just beautiful well done guys
Whats the rate for detailing a car , is it standard or depends? Plus whats the furthest youve gone around and outside the States for the job
Maravilloso trabajo !!! No sé en que estado de USA trabajáis. Espero también que tengáis la mismo sensibilidad con los cachorros humanos y seáis Provida.
I bought a 2001 Cobra and it arrived with rats. This video gave me some very bad memories but loved the outcome!
For the future, mice typically like to hole up in the dashboard, air intake boxes, sometimes exhaust if it never runs, and most commonly, the space under the side skirts. So you got two of them, but where there are 2, there are typically 6-8 more nearby.
Man that was a great turn around for that car!!!! Great job guys!!! Hey I wouldn’t care what y’all did with the mouse lol. I hate 🐁 and snakes I would have left that car and all my stuff in that shop lmao. No I don’t think I would’ve for that one it was so little. You guys really have great hearts!!! I pray both of you are blessed with much more.
Thank you for watching at least :)
There’s usually more than one so I’d definitely try to check for more as much as I can
And if you find an adult like the one before try to keep them all together & release them together
I love your videos ...and even better the customer reaction
Her reaction was the best we’ve ever gotten
Best reaction 💯👌🏾
Amazing job! Wish I could have you do my 89 Volvo in Michigan. Been sitting for a few years with field Mice. Definitely needs an interior detail before I can drive it.
Reaction was amazing,at the end make all worth it 🙂
Best to wear protective clothes and great safety
You can never be too safe
I have the 4 door version the Audi 4000 and I love it. It's cool to see what it would look like brand new from the front 😅
Hermoso auto y hermosa restauración. Una pregunta no le hace daño a los instrumentos del tablero limpiarlos con la máquina de vapor?.Saludos desde Argentina y gracias por subtitular el video en castellano.
I live around some fields a few of them and mice are always in them. They are so cute especially the babies.
Legal....!
Os ratos agradecem pela limpeza na casa deles.

Now that a sporty car and rally inspired car, it turns out clean.
Can't wait to see how it turns out, looks like it's all there!
Love these old Audi's. Saw one where I live in Northern Ireland recently, coincidentally. Great work and great video. Well done!
What a terrific job yall did that car brings back some good memories
I would say keep them in a safe place until they are big and then let them free after all it's a small baby mice and it deserves to live 🙏
So satisfying
I’ve been a subscriber just over a year and I LOVE your channel. This video was insanely amazing. I picked up hantavirus just watching this vid! LOL

Great Job Boys, car is looking amazing and it was so dirty but you did your Magic and there he is back again !! Nice reaction from the Owner and yes emotionol to but so thankful to. Love your video,s Guys and keep searching to more off these old classical cars !! !
Aww poor mousey's. Great detail
This car needs a full resto to get rid of the mouse smell and to fix everything chewed and destroyed by mice.
That is an adorable dormouse
Wow the story behind the car is pretty cool
We live be in the countryside in western Canada and always have trouble with mice in our cars especially in the winter. Here on the prairies it can get really cold in the winter so the garage is heated for the cars. Unfortunately mice and other rodents love warm garages in the winter. We would end up with huge nests in all sorts of areas of the cars not to mention the stores of food that those pesky mice would also hide in the cars. We eventually solved the problem by getting two cats who polished off all the mice and kept them from moving back in. (By the way, where there is one newborn mouse there are others. They were probably all up under the dash and just the one fell out). Those damn rodents can get into the most unusual places. I had a chipmunk set up housekeeping in my NXSE’s ventilation system once. I had to dismantle the entire dashboard to clean the whole thing out. What a pain in the you know what. Anyway, I love Audis especially the R8.
Unreal result..... Great work and effort put into that transformation..... My god, the colour of the water from the machine....... À powerful unit no doubt....... May I ask you what make and model the carpet machine is please...... Again à stunning finish by you guys👏👏👏
That full detail would have turned into an exterior detail at Mouse. For sure at second mouse. Fantastic detail on a fairly significant car. I looked at an 85 would 19000 original miles and was told that my offer had to be better than $120,000 to be taken seriously. Needless to say I did not make that offer.
